Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding!
Units you may float to:
Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!
We currently have part time, full time and weekend option float pool openings.
Float Pool Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years' bedside RN experience- MUST have experience in the service line you're interested in
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
- Preferred Education: BSN
- License: current RN license in our state
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
