Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
for Experienced RNs
Schedule:
- 36 hrs/wk (4 x 9hr shifts)
- Evenings (4p-1a, 5p-2a, 6p-3a)
- Weekend Rotation - every 4th weekend
- One day at the hospital, one day on call
- Holiday Rotation - split amongst the leadership team
Incentives and Benefits:
- $16,000 for RN to BSN Bridge Program
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education (can access programs simultaneously)

Qualifications:
- Minimum requirements
- Education: Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing with willingness to obtain BSN
- Licensure: Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Experience: 2 yrs inpatient RN exp required
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
- Preferred requirements
- Supervisor experience
Who We Are:
- 25 bed unit
- Specializing in Neurosurgery, Spinal Surgery, & ENT
- Our Neurosurgical team provides compassionate care to a unique and rewarding patient population. We are highly skilled in providing healing care to patients with neurological conditions such as spinal cord surgeries, brain surgeries, lumbar drains and neck dissections, and more.
- We utilize a skill mix of RNs, LPNs & PCAs on our unit. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 (5 for both day & night shifts,) while our tech-to-patient ratio is 1:8 for days & 1:12 for nights. The Neurosurgical team works closely with our physician groups to ensure we are providing the best & most compassionate care to our patients.
