Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team of nurses who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a RN Surgical Team Member, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, urology, and general surgeries.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes* Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure delivery of exceptional care* Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers*
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (associate degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Experience: 1 year of RN experience preferred
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
