Job Summary
Mercy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor - Data Analytics to join our team. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a key role in assessing risk areas and developing a plan to gain a more in-depth understanding of significant risks to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audits to evaluate the internal control environment and identify significant business risks to the organization
- Develop data analysis for audit projects utilizing Computer Assisted Audit Tools
- Participate in process walkthroughs with process owners to review and analyze existing controls
- Document and evaluate audit results, and report writing
- Travels to other Mercy communities approximately 5% of time
Requirements
- 3 years experience
- B.S. degree in accounting or related field experience
- Experience working with computer-aided auditing, continuous monitoring, and Computer Assisted Audit Tools (ACL, IDEA, Tableau)
- Certifications: CPA, CIA or CFE
- Knowledge of audit standards and practices with strong analytical capabilities
