Overview:
This position reports to the Manager of Finance and is responsible for preparing, analyzing and presenting complex financial information to support operational and strategic decision making. This position provides financial support to the organization including oversight and analytical support for monthly close process, coordination/assistance in annual budget process, preparation and review of account reconciliations and annual audit schedules and various other financial analyses.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Position requires a minimum of five years accounting or financial analysis experience.
Other: 1. Demonstrated knowledge with financial applications and processes 2. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills 3. Demonstrated ability to work with leadership teams 4. Ability to frame analytical questions, perform financial analyses and communicate related results. 5. Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel 6. Ability to work independently to meet project deadlines 7. Ability to work with and preserve confidential information
Any travel required? (Will vary by specific position/location)
Preferred Licensure: CPA preferred.
Preferred Experience: Healthcare financial reporting experience. Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft
