Overview:
Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments in Imaging Services areas. Responsible for receptionist duties including greeting patients, directing phone calls, working up requisitions and assisting physicians in locating films.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months scheduling/radiology experience required.
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Other: Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance programs required. Previous experience in computer data entry and mathematical aptitude required. Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills.
