What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Counseling - Nights position at Mercy?
Full-Time/40 Hours per week
Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM
Rotating weekends and holidays
Overview:
The Supervisor Counseling will provide supervision, support, motivation, and enable the development of good and ethical practice for individual counselors engaged in assessing clients needs, counseling clients, and assisting clients in obtaining services in accordance with laws, regulations, and department policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or Social Work with current licensure.
- Licensure: Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or Social Work with current licensure.
- Experience: One or two years experience in a center for victims of family violence.
