About the Role
- Maintain a safe and efficient operating environment, adhering to strict sterile techniques and protocols.
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff with procedures, ensuring the availability of necessary instruments and equipment.
- Coordinate patient care with other team members, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively listening to and relaying information between physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Participate in patient prepping and turnover, maintaining aseptic technique and reporting any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth procedure execution and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- HSD or equivalent required; non-certified applicants may be considered based on acceptable surgical technology experience.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
