About This Opportunity
This role involves performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will work under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership and be responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide direct care to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions
- Supervise rehabilitation technicians and ensure they are following proper procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice
- BLS certification
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Six months to one year experience as a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
