Mercy Clinic is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join us in Joplin, Missouri. You will share call and work closely with a large group of experienced physicians and 2 APPs. We are an established, stable, comprehensive, and busy practice with many patients and diverse cases available. A full spectrum of urology can be performed here. We anticipate a short ramp-up period and a very successful recruitment. Supportive partners, mentors, colleagues, and friends are waiting for you and are engaged in this recruitment!
Mercy Urology Joplin Offers:
- Focus on the area of practice you enjoy as we perform the latest and advanced urology procedures: The main OR has 1 dedicated room with a mounted cysto table and Fluro. The ESWL comes once per week.
- One hospital only with clinic, surgery center, and hospital on same campus! - Park at one location every day!
- Experienced clinic and support staff
- We offer comprehensive services including: da Vinci Xi robotics, laparoscopic urology, interstim, urodynamics, Holmium laser, ultrasound, pelvic floor rehab
- Up to four OR days per week
- 1:6 hospital call or better with APP support for calls
- APP’s support rounding in hospital
- Access to patients right away; high demand, proven volumes, ability to focus on any niche or specialty interest
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two-year guaranteed salary for ramp-up and then wRVU production. Option to go off of guarantee after year one if RVU production is exceeding guarantee.
- $630,000 starting salary guarantee
