Job Opportunity: Skilled Nursing RN
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing units. The ideal candidate must hold a current WI License, be CPR certified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards, policies, and state laws.
- Document patient care and develop personalized care plans with patient/family education.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to department initiatives.
- Provide clinical expertise across departments to support comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through critical thinking and timely escalation when needed.
