Opportunity:
- Collaborate with an experienced ENT physician in a clinic setting; will also assist physician with surgeries

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current IL RN license
- Current IL APRN license
- Current DEA number
- Other certifications as required
