Opportunity:
- Join an and collaborate with an experienced physician
- Hours are Monday-Friday; No Call
- Practice in a “Team Based Care” model, with a shared patient panel and see established patients in the practice for both acute and chronic conditions
- Mercyhealth offers more than 125 specialty and subspecialty services, provided by 800 employed physician and 8000 employee partners
- Regional health system with seven hospitals and 85 primary and specialty care locations throughout 50 northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin communities
- System-wide EPIC
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited MSN program
- Current IL RN license
- Current IL APNP license
- Current IL DEA number
- ATLS certification
- Other certifications as required
