The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients. The office practice is conveniently located in the Mercyhealth-Roscoe Clinic.

Qualifications:
- Advance Practice License in IL or proof of license pending with IL Dept of Professional Regulation (IDPR); IL Controlled substance License within 12 month of hire; Current CPR certification
- Internal Medicine experience preferred
- 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required
