  • Federal, Nationwide, County Criminal background check required

    • Schedule Information

  • Every third weekend
  • Standard shifts as per facility requirements

    • Additional Details

  • All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS
  • Proof of vaccine, declination or exemption required
  • Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later
