MercyOne Medical Group – Northeast Iowa is made up of more than 30 primary care, pediatric, internal medicine and specialty clinics located throughout Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Benton, Butler, Fayette and Tama counties.
As a Cytotechnologist at MercyOne, you will play a crucial role in performing diagnostic assessments of patient specimens and conducting thorough reviews of slides to ensure accurate evaluations. You will uphold the highest standards of quality assurance while adhering to all safety, infection control, and employee health policies and procedures. Additionally, you may attend fine-needle aspiration (FNA) procedures upon request, providing essential support to the diagnostic process. Your expertise and commitment will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional patient care.

Full Time, 40 hours per week
Day Shift
Education:
Bachelor’s prepared with completion of an accredited cytotechnology program.
Certification as a Cytotechnologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Mandatory Reporter
