Job Title Campaign Manager Job Description I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. The Campaign Manager will serve as a primary liaison between Account Managers, advertisers, and our Finance and Editorial teams for all campaign-related matters. His or her main job function is ensuring that all sold campaigns run smoothly from the time they are sold to the time they are completed. This includes daily communication with important clients in addition to the communication he or she will have with internal teams. This person will play a key role in daily, weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reporting, and will be a main point person for our Finance team. It is crucial that this individual is highly organized and has strong communication skills in order to succeed in this role. II. Essential Job Functions : Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results 60% Serve as the internal editorial campaign contact on all execution points Serve as project manager for the Editorial team. Serve as the main point of contact between the Partnerships and Editorial teams for all campaign-related matters. Serve as the main point of contact between client and the Partnerships team for all campaign-related matters. Handle daily and weekly reporting for all teams, including Finance, Editorial, and Partnerships. 30% Coordinate with editors to provide all necessary details for each campaign Provide project timelines for all sold campaigns which include launch date, deadlines, etc. Ensure we hit pageview and click goals and that all campaigns are scheduled for promotion. Act as a liaison between the Paid Marketing and Partnerships teams. Discuss content ideas with Editorial team ahead of kickoff calls with client. Collaborate with Finance team on business development pipeline and report all closed campaigns. 10% Handle monthly reporting for all teams, including Finance, Editorial, and Partnerships. Create client-facing performance recaps at the close of each campaign. Create affiliate links for the Editorial team. Provide status update for all pending and live campaigns on weekly calls. 100% III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field Experience: 2 years experience in branded content or operations for a magazine, agency, or online publisher.
