As a Project Manager at Merestone, you will orchestrate the creation of scenic wonders and large-format prints, managing each project from the drawing board to the spotlight. With a blend of artistic vision and meticulous planning, you will lead projects that meet and redefine industry standards.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Engage in meticulous project planning and scheduling by devising comprehensive plans that detail timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to crystallize project requirements and expectations and manage project schedules with a sharp focus on timely delivery.
- Budget Management: Take the helm in budget management by estimating project costs and developing detailed budgets with the finance department.
- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts that secure competitive pricing while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Coordinate the logistics of material delivery and subcontracted services.
- Vendor Management: Expertly manage vendor relationships by sourcing and overseeing external suppliers for materials, fabrication, and printing services.
- Quality Control: Assume responsibility for quality control by supervising all aspects of the fabrication and printing processes to meet established quality criteria.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including designers, fabricators, printers, and installers.
- Sales Team Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with our sales team and liaison between the fabrication and print teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
