POSITION SUMMARY:
The Room Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the store. Responsible for assisting customers with purchasing their items and ensuring the guest is satisfied with their experience. Responsible for cleaning guest rooms following sale and maintaining the property to ensure a clean and orderly environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently or with a team as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other staff members
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and or lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
