We're looking for a Sales Leader to help grow our Enterprise sales team. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for working with your team of Account Executives, providing feedback, coaching and training to ensure quota attainment and overall account development.
About You
We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and thoughtful sales leader who is laser-focused on recruiting and developing a team that is responsible for capturing net-new business within your assigned territory. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing our Account Executives and helping them empower our customers achieve strategic outcomes.
You Have :
- You have 5 years of software sales leadership experience.
- You have expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets.
- You have consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation.
- You are a talent magnet!
- You have the curiosity to learn technical concepts and articulate them in a way that highlights business value to senior or executive stakeholders.
