--9 month contract / extendable and perm possible with good performance.
--ASAP start date
--Onsite in New York City.
--Hybrid role, but expectation is 1-to-2 days remote, and travel may be required (we support all of the Americas).
--Drug & Background required.
Pay Rate = $45 w2 per hour
The major purpose of this job function is to manage stages within infrastructure and other IT projects, using the full range of accepted best practice techniques and approved methodology to deliver products required for a stage within a project. The project manager controls all resources used within the stage and is responsible to the project manager for delivery in accordance with the project plan. This level of resource may also manage end-to-end delivery of smaller, less complex engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the full stage lifecycle
• Develop stage plans, risk analysis and other Tempo documents within the stage
• Manage the stage resource in the delivery of stage products
• Manage customer staff as part of a mixed project team
• Achieve pre-defined critical success factors for the stage
• Manage the stage budget
• Generate timely cross charge information with appropriate supporting documentation
• Develop professional communications with the project manager and with the customer
• Monitor and report the progress of the stage to the project manager
• Effectively use internal and external resource to pre-empt or resolve any issues
• Ensure that adequate plans are in place to cover resource absences during the stage
• Ensure that Quality Assurance activities take place in line with standards and the project plan
