Position Summary : A Landscaping company is looking for a highly motivated individual for the Construction Assistant position to assist the Construction Lead in company communications and ensuring quality projects. Principal Duties : The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Assist maintenance lead in all aspects of their role
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
- Assist Construction Lead with all necessary tasks to complete jobs
- Ensure all necessary equipment to perform the scheduled work
- Leave job sites broom clean at the end of each work day
- Keep work truck and tools in a clean and presentable condition
- Ensure security of all company property.
- Be proficient in machinery operation, irrigation installation, grading, plant installation, 12 volt lighting, irrigation electrical, hardscape installation
- Any other duties not listed that are related to this role
Qualifications :
Must be able to get to the yard in Lakewood. Does not need to own or drive a car.
Salary Range : $17-18.50 / hour with a 1.75% raise every year on hire date. $18.50 / hr cap
Salary : $17 - $19
