Job Description
Diverge, LLC (sister company of Merge Urban Development) is looking for an energetic marketing coordinator to lead our branding and digital marketing efforts and support the operations and leasing team.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop high quality original written content for websites, marketing flyers, third party marketing sites, and social media outlets
- Design and maintain digital marketing assets for deploying print and digital marketing campaigns across the Diverge portfolio including digital ads, infographics, and property marketing flyers
- Develop a strategy leveraging organic search, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search to increase qualified lead traffic.
- Implement a SEO strategy for long-term website health and optimal visibility and brand awareness through SEO optimization, key word search, and meta data
- Optimize performance and drive new digital marketing initiatives through digital content creation and planning across platforms including: monthly emails (residents, leads, event promotions)
- Maintain listings and manage onboarding of new properties to ILS marketing sites (Apartments.com, Airbnb, Furnished Finder)
- Maintain portfolio websites
- Establish community management workflow and escalation process for questions and concerns from the audience or customers.
- Lead the data management, develop metrics and reports to monitor lead sources and engagement and make recommendations to drive additional growth strategies based on findings
- Social media management in Meta Suite: Produce content calendar with the goal of attracting more followers and leads, establish consistency in voice and collateral design
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of print marketing
- Digital and print file processing and organization
- Experience in creating, writing, and editing original content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing
