Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Lead to oversee SAP EAM implementations, enhancements, and support activities. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in asset management processes, maintenance strategies, and SAP PM/EAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP EAM/PM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP EAM solutions for asset lifecycle management.
- Design and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance maintenance planning, work order management, and spare parts management.
- Integrate SAP EAM with SAP MM, PS, and FICO modules.
- Provide system support, issue resolution, and user training.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements and work with technical teams for development.
- Stay updated on SAP EAM best practices and innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in SAP EAM/SAP PM implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, work order lifecycle, and asset tracking.
- Expertise in Master Data (Functional Locations, Equipment, Task Lists, BOMs).
- Experience integrating SAP EAM with MM, PS, and FICO.
- Understanding of IoT-enabled asset management and predictive maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
