Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Lead to oversee and drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warehouse processes, system integration, and SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
- Design and implement warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and labor management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM) and third-party systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Stay updated on SAP EWM best practices and new functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience with SAP EWM 9.5 or S/4HANA EWM.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics execution.
- Expertise in RF framework, batch management, HU management, and labor management.
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, and TM.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting issues in SAP EWM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
