Job Title : Associate Team Lead
Location : Plano, TX

- 5 years of experience in Product Managers.
- To define and decompose the Epic to ensure alignment with SPMs and their Feature delivery roadmaps; being accountable for the Epic delivery.
- Conveys updates and sets delivery expectations with the business owners & other stakeholders; is stated as the owner of the Epic in QB and in Align; partners with SPMs and STEs to drive delivery of an Epic throughout the lifecycle.
- Explores & understands customer needs and develops insights that pertain to developing holistic customer centric solutions that align to strategy & competitive advantages, working across the LPM team and across Products.
- Works with TSM, business owners, & other stakeholders on reviewing, analyzing, and refining new Epics ideas for lean business case submittal to One List and Tech Enabler Front Doors; acting as point of contact with TSMs to understand viability of the business need, often co-writing the Epic submittal information
