Executive Leadership Opportunity: Drive Growth of a Private Equity-Backed Acquisition

A. You, a visionary corporate leader with a proven track record, having identified an acquisition target you are qualified to lead, and for which you have a growth and/or operational improvement strategy. Target Company Criteria:

• Privately held, or a spin off from a private or public company, with at least $2 million EBITDA / greater than $6 million sales, with no real upper limits

• Control transactions; no early-stage or venture capital

• For fragmented industry segments, a buy and build with add-on acquisition focus is a plus

• Diverse industries with value-added components and growth potential

• No turnarounds or distressed companies

• No oil and gas exploration or real estate


We are open to acquiring two or more companies simultaneously to achieve the necessary scale.
