As our Director, Integrated Media, you will…

Be the driving force behind exceptional media strategies that transform client businesses. You'll stand at the intersection of client relationships, media innovation, and business growth. This role puts you at the forefront of media excellence, where your expertise directly impacts our most valued client partnerships. You'll serve as both a trusted client advisor and internal champion, delivering flawless media solutions while uncovering fresh opportunities for growth.

Be Accountable and Responsible: 

• Own client relationships at the highest level, becoming their go-to media authority
• Drive integrated media strategies that deliver measurable ROI
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and optimization
• Turn performance data into actionable insights that evolve client strategies
• Represent media perspective in high-level planning sessions
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation
• Pioneer local media strategies with nuanced understanding of regional markets

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

• 9-12 years of digital media experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
• Hospital Provider experience is a
• Deep, applied expertise in integrated media, including channels, tools, techniques, analysis, and business examples
• Demonstrated experience in driving cutting-edge, complex integrated program design with measurable ROI
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact client presentations based on leading-edge insights
• Ability to translate compelling written or oral skills into selling situations to support new business acquisition
• Experience in leading "lessons learned" evaluations at the end of projects on a tactical level
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace 
• Strong team-building skills with the ability to clarify roles and expectations for client and cross-capability teams
• Capability to build strategic recommendations and assist in their rollout and training for relevant teams

The salary range for this role is $98,300 - $117,950, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
