Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in our grocery store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate members about new items and promotions.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor by organizing merchandise and assisting with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
• Strong cash handling skills and experience using a cash register.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
