- 10 years' experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services : Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, MS Fabric.
- Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Familiarity with Power BI for building data models and reports.
- Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL / ELT design, and implementation.
- Experience in implementing data governance, data security, and data quality frameworks.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to data management.
- Strong ability to design and troubleshoot complex data architectures.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in P&C Insurance domain is a desirable
