Looking for a hands-on role where precision matters? As a Batch Production Specialist, your task will involve meticulously blending and mixing materials, ensuring each batch meets perfection.

Key Tasks Await:

• Perform meticulous equipment checks and address potential hazards swiftly.
• Kickstart the batch process by selecting and preparing necessary raw materials.
• Strictly follow batch instructions to produce quality adhesive products.
• Keep comprehensive records of materials and processes.
• Communicate effectively with the quality control team through sample deliveries.
• Maintain stellar cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols consistently.
• Contribute to inventory processes and team dynamics actively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum high school level education.
• Experience and forklift certification preferred.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to act decisively and work independently.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This employee may be exposed to or required to handle hazardous materials. May work in temperature and weather extremes. Special safety requirements may apply when working in a plant environment or outdoors.
