Main Responsibilities
Operating under general supervision, your role involves servicing manufacturing areas alongside maintaining the grounds.
Essential Job Functions
- Analyze the daily production schedule for seamless operations
- Configure mixer switches and valves for optimal performance
- Manage repairs focused on storage tanks and skids
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks
- Involved in innovative projects to aid the mixing process
- Restore equipment functionality when needed
- Assist Blenders for efficient production management
- Leverage electrical, plumbing, and mechanical expertise for varied tasks
Miscellaneous Duties
- Adapt to diverse assignments as directed by the management.
Skill Set Required
- Education: High school graduate with up to three years in related fields of manufacturing or machine maintenance.
- Communication: Follow basic instructions and create simple correspondence.
- Skills in Mathematics: Execute basic mathematical functions efficiently.
- Analytical Ability: Apply practical logic to interpret and solve standardized challenges.
- Licenses: Forklift certification is a prerequisite.

Compensation & Schedule Information
Pay Rate: $28 - $30 per hour
Work Hours: Fixed shifts from 7AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Friday.
