Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Assess customer needs by listening and recording their concerns.
- Collaborate with Main Advisors to ensure accurate communication of service recommendations and repairs.
- Perform test drives for quality control after repairs.
- Check in/out customers.
- Scheduling appointments via phone call.
- Carry out delegations made by Main Advisors
