This position provides direct support to the Commercial & Industrial Lending unit for customer service and processing of loan and deposit products through the entire customer life cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of banking systems including primary database and online systems
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial lending environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Valid Driver's License
- Provides service support to commercial loan officers by assisting with all client servicing needs
- Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions
- Servicing internal and external customers with excellent customer service which includes answering customer queries and completing administrative work to process loan and deposit requests for all client's accounts
