The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to our Commercial & Industrial Lending unit, including coordinating work with other departments, ensuring compliance with operating policies and procedures, and reporting pertinent information to their supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of banking systems, including primary database and online systems
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial lending environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Provides service support to commercial loan officers by assisting with all client servicing needs
- Performs diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative support functions
- Services internal and external customers with excellent customer service, answering customer queries and completing administrative work to process loan and deposit requests for all clients' accounts
- Supports the sales process and development prospecting of commercial loan officers
