Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing support to the Treasury Services Department, coordinating tasks within the department and with other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in opening new accounts for corporate customers
- Help with onboarding of cash management services for new and current customers
- Field calls from customers with issues and resolve them (working with operations as necessary)
- Collect and analyze customer and prospect deposit and merchant account statements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask
