Position Overview:
The full-time Clinician will provide individual, family, and group therapy to diverse clients, with a strong emphasis on supporting justice-impacted individuals, transition-age youth (TAY), diverse communities, and families. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and needs.
- Work closely with justice-impacted individuals, transition-age youth (16-24), diverse communities, and their families.
- Collaborate with community partners, our CCSS Team, and support teams to ensure holistic care.
- Utilize evidence-based and emerging methodologies, integrating cultural and community wisdom in treatment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and Medicaid standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Availability to do same-day assessments
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMSW, LAMFT, LMHC (or eligibility for licensure in NM).
- Experience working with justice-impacted individuals, transition-age youth (TAY), diverse communities, and families preferred.
- Multi-lingual encouraged
- Commitment to anti-oppressive, decolonized, and community-centered mental health practices.
- Strong understanding of trauma, systemic barriers, and culturally affirming care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, creative, and dynamic team environment.
