Job Responsibilities:
This customer-facing role involves greeting and assisting telephone and on-site customers with inquiries and questions. The ideal candidate will refer complex issues to the most appropriate department. Additional duties include receptionist and/or secretarial tasks such as transcription, correspondence composition, typing, filing, photocopying, mail sorting and distribution, and scheduling appointments. Maintaining accounts receivable registers, deposits, petty cash, and related service paperwork are also essential responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We seek candidates with an associate's degree in business or a related field and experience in clerical, secretarial, or receptionist roles, including third-party billing. Alternatively, applicants can submit a high school diploma or equivalent along with two years of general office, secretarial, or clerical experience, one of which must involve dealing with the public, preferably in a clinical setting or third-party billing. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
