What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Resident Manager - Part Time position at Meridian Group Real Estate Management?
Professional Management Company seeks part-time experienced on-site property manager to oversee the daily operations of a 38-unit apartment building in Carpinteria. Duties include but are not limited to: tenant relations (showing vacant units to prospective tenants, and assist with the leasing process and scheduling maintenance repairs for current tenants), cleaning laundry rooms, and coordinating/supervising maintenance contractors. We are looking for 2 years of experience in the apartment industry. Candidate(s) must have reliable transportation, and a clean DMV record, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and the capability of handling tenant challenges with professionalism and courtesy. Bilingual capability a plus but not required. Compensation includes a partial rent credit for apartment on-site.
