Job Summary

Meridian Home Health is currently looking for energetic, skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses. We are a growing home health agency, serving all of Coachella Valley.

About this Position

• LVN in Coachella Valley
• Provide direct patient care in patients' homes.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

Required Skills

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensed in the state of California.
• At least one year of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred.
• Currently working or worked as an LVN within six months.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with EMR documenting.
• Highly organized and manages time well.
• Motivated and works well in an interdisciplinary team approach.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with California requirements and is in good working order.
• Home Health Experience
• Venipuncture experience
• Wound care experience

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
