Meridian Integrative Wellness is an integrative wellness office with two locations, looking for an team player who lives a wellness lifestyle and is passionate about what they do.
Essential job functions
- Educate Patients: Provide comprehensive information about the clinic's services, treatment options, and wellness programs to empower patients in their healthcare decisions.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Ensure seamless coordination of patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals across various healthcare providers.
- Take Medical History: Collect and document patient medical histories accurately during initial consultations.
- Meet and Greet: Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.
- Assist with Patient Navigation: Guide patients through the clinic, helping them understand their care plans and next steps.
- Support Clinical Staff: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.
