Team 360 Staffing, on behalf of Meridian Investigative Group is seeking a Regional Sales Representative that will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the workers’ compensation and insurance industry. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on networking, prospecting, and growing a high-value client base.
Location: North Carolina and South Carolina (Candidates can be based in any state but will cover both locations). Primarily remote, but requires office visits and travel.
Company Overview:
Meridian Investigative Group is a leading provider of surveillance and fraud prevention services specializing in workers’ compensation claims. Their clients include insurance adjusters, third-party administrators (TPAs), self-insured businesses, and defense attorneys. They are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to develop and manage referral-based client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 30-40 active referral relationships with adjusters, TPAs, self-insured businesses, and defense attorneys.
- Prospect and engage 250-500 potential contacts within the assigned region.
- Maintain a hunter-to-farmer sales strategy, actively pursuing new business while nurturing long-term relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and industry networking to generate and maintain referral business.
- Work independently to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of B2B service-based sales experience.
- Proven referral-based sales background, with a track record of repeat business and strong relationship management.
- Experience selling to at least two of the following industries (or existing relationships in at least one):
- Insurance Adjusters (Workers’ Comp, Liability, SIU)
- Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
- Self-Insured Businesses
- Defense Attorneys
- Ability to self-manage a book of business and operate independently without daily oversight.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and strategic sales planning skills.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in private investigations, independent medical examinations (IME), case management, vocational rehab, workers’ comp defense law firms, or SIU fraud prevention sales are strongly encouraged to apply. We also welcome professionals from DME, diagnostic imaging, home health, PBM, and medical transportation sales.
