Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
We are looking for a hard-working individual to assist our office staff full-time in day-to-day activities such as:
- Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- Filing
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Scanning and archiving old files
- Prepping mail for shipment
- Bringing mail to the post office
- Delivering plans to town halls
- Other miscellaneous requests
Must be responsible, dependable, motivated, and have a driver’s license. Must have customer service skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with customer service and multi-phone lines is preferred.
