Meridian Law seeks to hire an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 8 years of experience looking to help grow a practice and mentor newer attorneys. We are looking for someone who thrives in an in-office work environment, has an owner’s mindset, and values the importance of working as part of a team.
Meridian is a modern, client-focused law firm in Brentwood, TN. Its attorneys manage a wide variety of civil litigation (70%) and transactional / non-litigation (30%) matters in the following practice areas : appeals, business, corporate, commercial, contract, construction, employment, estate planning and probate, insurance defense, landlord / tenant, unfair competition, and trade secrets.
Typical day-to-day opportunities involve handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediations, and preparing for trial.
