Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed Pay: $7,300/month on a full-time (5 shifts) schedule.
- Overtime Advantage: Boost your income! Earn up to $10,268.75 with 2 OT shifts included in your weekly schedule.
- Short-Term Commitment: A 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or transition to permanent placement.
- Immediate Start: Get onboarded and begin your contract swiftly.
- Active LPN License: Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in New York.
- CPR Certification: Must be CPR certified (BLS or ALS).
- Compliance: Adherence to all State and Federal laws for employment in a Nursing Facility.
- Clinical Skills: Strong assessment skills and the ability to work independently.
- Communication Prowess: Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach.
