- Learn the Full Recruitment Cycle : Acquire in-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Source Candidates Creatively : Utilize a range of strategies—including cold calling, job advertising, and innovative search methods—to attract top talent.
- Partner with Hiring Managers : Collaborate closely to align recruitment tactics with organizational goals, offering data-driven progress updates.
- Thrive in a Competitive Environment : Take advantage of a clear career pathway that rewards ambition and results.
Fast-Track Promotion
After a 3-month probationary period , recruiters who meet the 1300 hour minimum benchmark will be promoted to Healthcare Recruiter with a $60,000 base salary —in addition to our commission structure and other incentives.
