We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team of dedicated health professionals.
Any candidate must be able to work in our fast-paced, person-centered community to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently provided to our residents. Candidates must have genuine compassion for fellow staff members, residents and their families.
Job Responsibilities:
Our nurses use their nursing skills and basic physical assessment skills in the development and implementation of person-centered care plans to ensure the needs of the patients and residents are met within our person-centered community.

- Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
- This is a working supervisor position. RN Supervisor will assist on the floor.
Experience and Education:
- State level RN license is required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Minimum of one-year nursing experience within a skilled nursing facility required.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

- Rotating weekends
