Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Summary: To support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service by performing the following duties:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries, and facsimile requests.
- Promote and effectively sell company products and supplies using established companysales techniques.
- Clarify and fulfill customer requests & needs by presenting various selections of productsand services along with pricing information as requested.
- Understand and support established sales policies and procedures to provide proper andeffective treatment to customers.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in all customer & personnel interactions.
- Relay new product ideas and product extensions to management for evaluation.
- Emphasize saleable services of products to ensure quality and ability to meet customer specifications.
- Process all order paperwork including sales contracts, prints, and related documents.
- Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
- Perform monthly inventory audits & reconciliation.
- Support marketing initiatives as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate must also be able to perform the following duties as needed:
- Work in a fast paced, non-climate controlled warehouse environment
- Open and close bay doors, including pulling of manual dock chain
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Move materials within a warehouse using carts, dollies, and hand trucks
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse mechanical equipment
- Package or kit finished product for delivery (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
