Job Title: Workday Engagement Manager
Job Type: W2 Full-time/Salary
Job Location: Fully remote with up to 30% travel; must reside in the United States
Compensation: $134,000 - $177,500 plus bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our continued growth brings about an immediate need for an innovative and collaborative Workday Engagement Manager specializing in HCM and/or Financials project delivery & successful end-to-end implementation experience to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player on a team that guides customers through the deployment lifecycle, solution delivery, and issue management by partnering with our Workday delivery team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Fully manage Workday implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Work closely with client business teams and internal delivery teams to drive scope, definition, and delivery of solutions
- Take accountability for the complete delivery lifecycle, including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, budget management, and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Manage multiple Workday engagements concurrently
- Conduct status updates and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer governance
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants and clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business or a related field.
- Workday certifications required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HCM/Financials projects.
- Excellent project management, problem solving, and communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Public Sector experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
