What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Services Administrator position at MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION?
The Digital Services Administrator is the organization’s subject matter expert for digital platform offerings. The
role will manage Meridian Trust’s digital platforms from concept to delivery and production. Specifically
responsible for the technical management and tier 2 support of remote services including ATM/ITMs, Digital
Banking platform, and digital service offerings. Ensuring our product offerings bring value to our members
through innovative and high-quality digital products that achieve the strategic objectives of the credit union.
